Our mission is clear: to empower underserved BIPOC youth through culturally informed fitness coaching, confidence building, and also developing life skills. Rooted in the communities of Denver and Aurora, we are committed to uplifting the next generation. Our programs are crafted with a special understanding of the unique challenges faced by these communities, combining our passion for healthy living with a broad approach to wellness. We honor the legacy of Shannon Burge’s late father, Charlie, striving to instill these values in all the young people we reach.
Our vision extends beyond individual fitness to encompass a broader impact on behavioral health and community well-being. We measure our success by the tangible changes we see in the lives of the youth we serve—from personal growth and development to the formation of a supportive community centered around our foundation. Our proudest moments come from witnessing these transformative experiences, whether it's through the positive testimonials from parents or the statistically significant improvements in participants' behavioral health indicators before and after they engage with our programs. By fostering strong collaborations and a supportive network, we enhance our capacity to deliver targeted, effective programs that make a lasting difference.
